Van de orde van Cisterci\u00ebnzers, dezelfde die ook in Aduard hun werk hebben verricht. Deze hier was al in 1200\u00a0\u00a0gesticht. De oorspronkelijke delen van het koor, de kruisgewelven en de lange zijde van de kloosterkerk staan hier nog fier overeind. Er is wel geconserveerd maar niet gerestaureerd en dat is dan ook wel het bijzondere eraan. Je loopt in een tuin met zeer oude bomen, sommige stukken staan dwars door de delen van het oude klooster. Er is \u00e9\u00e9n concessie gedaan, er is een podium gemaakt in de lange zijde zodat er voorstellingen kunnen worden opgevoerd. Heel fotogeniek plekje. Het zou me niet verbazen dat veel bruidsparen zich hier laten vereeuwigen.
