Bij toeval zagen we affiches met de aankondiging van een tentoonstelling van zijn werk in het kunstforum. De kritische schilderijen die hij toen ook maakte, heeft hij pas kunnen tonen na de Wende. De sport- en strandtaferelen waren &#8216;onschuldig&#8217;. Ook heeft hij driedimensionale kunst gemaakt voor schoolpleinen en openbare gebouwen.
