Hoewel hetbij de tolpoortjes elke keer weer afwachten is welke pas er wel of niet wordt geaccepteerd. Nee het saldo is nog toereikend \ud83d\ude42 Lido di Tarquinia is eigenlijk de badplaats (Lido) van Tarquinia. Ook hier nog veel inleidende activiteiten voor het nieuwe seizoen. Klussen, schilderen , vooral eroverheen schilderen en vervangen. Veel restaurants zijn nog dicht. Maar we vinden een restaurant wat zowel binnen als buiten helemaal wit is. Het is er rustig. De maffia van Tarquinia zit binnen en wij worden met Pieter naar het beschutte terras buiten gemanouvreerd. Prima plekje. Lekker eten zo tussen de middag. Vis met een Afrikaanse twist van rozijnen , pijnboompitten, tomaat. Half flesje witte wijn, want vis moet natuurlijk wel zwemmen. We staan op een terrein buiten de stad, aan het begin, of het eind van de boulevard. Elke dag komt er een controleur om te kijken of je betaald hebt. We staan er met een stuk of 7 campers. Wind haalt aan. Prachtig natuurgebied, waar in begin van de 19e -eeuw gestart is met het winnen van zout. Invoeren van zeewater, laten verdampen, en verwerken in een fabriekje iets verder op.
