Heel heel veel campers en geen voorzieningen. Maar snel naar Spanje dus. In anderhalf uur zijn we in Roses, een mooi stadje aan de Costa Brava. De plaatselijke camping is behoorlijk vol, maar ze hebben nog een plekje voor ons, als we tenminste een beetje kunnen sturen. Tuurlijk, beetje heen en weer en wij staan op een mooie plek. De Franse overbuurman moet daarvoor wel zijn zonplekje opgeven. Mooie camping met alle voorzieningen, netjes en schoon. We halen wel de gemiddelde leeftijd naar beneden \ud83d\ude09 Het is 200 meter lopen naar de boulevard en het strand. Langs het strand zijn een aantal terrasjes en restaurants open. Ons favoriete is al snel Las Palmiras. Daar ontmoet Anne J\u00f6rgen, een collega uit de keuken van het provinciehuis. Hij is in Spanje met ouders en broer. Oudjaarsdag gaan we naar Port Lligat, waar het huis van Dali staat. Op de site konden we geen kaartjes boeken, dus gewoon maar eens kijken. De mevrouw aan de kassa kijkt ons verontwaardigd aan, je moet minstens een week vantevoren reserveren. We kunnen wel de tuin bezichtigen. Is ook mooi,en die plek! Gelukkig klaart het snel op en kunnen we lekker aan het strand zitten. Vanavond TOP 2000 en om 00.00 uur met de champagne naar het strand om de vuurwerkshow te bewonderen en samen het nieuwe jaar in te gaan.
